Due to the ever changing landscape of devices and their software, and because as they age, devices become slower and less secure, leading to a less than optimal experience overall. For the best experience with our site and mobile app, we strongly encourage you to ensure you have the most up-to-date version of your device, as well as its operating system.
While we suggest having the newest device, with the most up to date version of iOS, we are compatible with devices that are running iOS 8 at the minimum (this is subject to change as we update). The list of minimum supported devices are as follows:

- The iPhone 5S
- The iPod Touch 5th generation
- The iPad 2
- The iPad with Retina Display

These devices will run the minimum supported operating system of iOS 8, and all newer devices are supported by the mobile app.
To ensure the smoothest dotloop experience, it is always a good idea to make sure your browser is up to date, as well as perform some basic maintenance from time to time.
With any iOS device you can quickly perform all browser maintenance in a few taps! Start first by navigating to the settings of you iOS device. Once in the settings, scroll down until you see Safari and tap.
Next, tap on Clear History and Website Data.
You will now be met with a prompt to continue. Tap Clear History and Data.
That's it! This will clear the cookies, history, and cached data that will cause inconsistencies and performance issues with your device. We recommend doing this regularly to ensure your device is always working smoothly and efficiently.
