The new dotloop support site is intended to be extremely user friendly. We've moved some things around and, as with anything new, we've updated the content and navigation.
The new dotloop help center is your resource to keep you connected with the newest updates on dotloop features, and contains all your needs for training! We've added some new powerful features to allow you to connect with other users and discuss dotloop, as well as make new requests for feature updates!
The dotloop support logo at the top of the page will always bring you back to the help center homepage.
Our updated search bar will now help you find your articles quickly by suggesting articles as you type! This will save you time by allowing you to quickly find the article you need.
We've housed all of our support articles within sections that pertain to you as a user. Agents, Brokers, and Clients can now quickly find the articles pertinent to them by selecting the appropriate section!
Lastly, our community section will allow you to either join in discussion with other users, or submit and vote on the features you would like to see implemented to dotloop.
To utilize all the features of the site, we suggest creating a profile for the dotloop support help center. This will allow you to utilize the site to its full potential! By signing up you will be able to make posts in the community, comment and vote on community posts and articles, as well as follow any post or article so that you will be immediately emailed and notified any time an update is made!
To create a help center profile, click on the Sign in link at the top of the page, then click Sign up.
Fill out your full name and email address and you will receive an email to complete setting up your profile.
Support articles can be accessed either by utilizing the search bar, or by selecting the appropriate section on the home page.
Once you have selected a section, you will be presented with the articles that pertain to your selection. For example, if I am an agent looking for basic training I will click on the Agents section.
Once I'm at the Agents section, I can click on the first training article Account Setup to begin training!
Within an article, each article in the same section will appear on the left, allowing you to quickly switch between articles.
Remember, we can always navigate back to the homepage by clicking on the dotloop support logo at the top of the page.
The support community is a great place to post and talk with other dotloop users. Here you can also suggest new features, or vote on other users' suggestions! To access the community click on the links at either the top of the page, or on the homepage.
Once in the community, you can select either the General Discussion or Feature Requests.
Navigate the existing articles, or create your own discussion by clicking on one of the New post buttons located throughout the Community.
If you are logged in to the help center, you can follow a section or post. This allows you to receive an email notification any time an update is made, or anyone comments on a post, allowing you to keep up to date on discussions or requests!
