Your dotloop business account is an administrative tool that hosts all of your company's transactions in one place. Tracking, storing, and maintaining your loops is simple and painless with the tools and features at your disposal on dotloop. Your business account allows you to have seamless, transparent organization of all current transactions at your company as well as host all previous deals for storage.
As the business administrator on dotloop, your dotloop account will include an Admin Profile.
This profile houses all the loops created by the agents attached to your business account. You have the ability to sort, filter, and display loops however suits you best, allowing you to work efficiently.
Filters allow you to remove loops from your loop view, keeping your workspace organized.
In the above image we are filtering for ACTIVE LISTING and UNDER CONTRACT loops with buying folders in the NEEDS REVIEWED review stage. This ensures that I am only viewing the loops that I need to review.
The filter is the most useful way to manage loops on your account. Use it to view every loop by clicking CLEAR ALL, or use it to narrow down your search results. When you've finished selecting your filters, click the FILTER button to the far right. This will save your filter.
Access the TEMPLATES section of your admin profile by clicking the icon on the top right navigation.
Business users have the ability to provide interactive documents to their agents. dotloop provides all the tools necessary to create your own document sets, making every transaction fast and incredibly easy for the agents attached to your dashboard.
Within the TEMPLATES section of any business profile, you will find WORKFLOWS. The WORKFLOWS portion of the TEMPLATES section is accessed by clicking the tab on the left navigation.
From here, you can customize the workflows as they work best for your business. dotloop business customers have two different customizable workflows. dotloop business+ customers have unlimited customizable workflows.
Customizing your workflows simplifies the review process, allowing dotloop to do the sorting and organizing for you.
People Management makes adding and removing agents or admins to your office an extremely simple process. Navigate to the PEOPLE icon, in the center of the top right navigation, and you will see your brokerage tab listed on the left. Clicking this tab will display the offices attached. Alternatively, you may only see your office tab listed on the left, this is perfectly fine.
