Submitting your loops for review by your broker or admin can be accomplished in just a few easy steps. If you are part of a team and have your team connected to your office profile, you can choose who to submit to. Alternatively, you can submit to review directly from your email!
First, let's click on the SUBMIT TO REVIEW button at the top right of your loop.
If you haven't already done so from the loop details page, clicking submit for review will prompt you to enter the property address before submitting. Enter the property address information if this is required by your brokerage.
If your loop contains multiple folders, select the ones you would like to submit and choose the appropriate type for the folder. These types are the workflows set by your office so if you have questions on which one to choose be sure to reach out to your office for more information.
If necessary, you may supply more detail for your admin with a custom message when you submit for review. This can be useful if you need to direct their attention to a particular document or ask them a question.
Simply click SUBMIT and you'll receive a confirmation that your folder has been submitted for review!
If you are part of a team in dotloop you may have selected to attach your team to your office profile. Not to worry though, you can submit to either your office or team within any loop! To do so, first click SUBMIT TO REVIEW at the top of the loop.
Now dotloop will ask you who you are submitting to. Here we can choose whether to submit this loop to our team or our office.
After choosing to submit to our team, we will select the appropriate folder(s) to submit, choose the type, and SUBMIT!
NOTE: Each time you submit to review you are presented with the option to submit to your office or team so once you submit to one you can always submit to the other(but never both at the same time)!
Submitting for review via email is a convenient option when you're on the go and you want to email those final documents into your loop and then just submit the folder. We will first start by emailing a PDF into a loop. Once you've successfully emailed PDFs into your loop, you will receive an email back from dotloop with a subject line similar to this: You sent 1 file into the loop "My Loop".
Above, you can see what this email looks like. Conveniently, one of the options within this email is to submit for review the folder I just emailed my TEST-PDF into.
Click SUBMIT FOR REVIEW. You will be pulled into dotloop, or if you're not currently logged into your dotloop account - you will be asked to sign in.
This next part may differ slightly based on the Submit for review settings of your brokerage. Assuming your brokerage requires you to enter the property address for each folder submitted, you will be prompted with the following screen. Enter all the necessary details and click NEXT on the bottom right.
You will now be prompted to choose the folder TYPE for the folder that you're submitting. You may also write a helpful message to your broker. Click the blue SUBMIT button on the bottom right of the window.
You will be met with the Done! window. You can now close your window, or click VIEW LOOP.
