As an admin you have a wide range of controls and customization for your loops page. Aside from the standard page options, you have more flexibility to accomplish tasks such as searching for your loops by tags or agent name, as well as sorting loops in ways that make reviewing loops a breeze!
While on your loops page you have the option to use your filters to show only the loops that you need to see. To access your filter settings, click on the FILTER link at the top of your page.
We will now be presented with our filters. Whenever we checkmark a filter option, this will tell your page to only show loops that fit that criteria. Let's go over each section.
Review Stage: This section allows you to filter your loops to only show loops that have been set to a particular review stage. This can be a powerful tool to only show the loops that you need to review.
Loop Statuses: This section will only show loops based on the loop status chosen for the loop. Here you can choose to set up your filters so that, for example, you only see loops that are active and hide closed or archived loops.
Tags: If you have created custom tags for loops, you can filter your loops based on these tags you have set. While this list may grow to be very large, we have provided a search bar to find your tag quickly!
We will want to note that the filters will pass through each section that we checkmark options, so loops will have to fit each of these options to be shown. For example, if we check the option ACTIVE LISTING on the Loop Statuses section and a tag on the Tags section, dotloop will only show active listing loops that have that particular tag applied to them.
Sorting your loops changes the order in which your loops display. To change your sort options, navigate to the section at the top of your loops page titled SORT BY: and click on the currently displayed option. For this example we are set to the DEFAULT setting.
You will now be presented with a list of options. As an admin, you will have more options than a standard agent profile.
One thing to note, if you select an option twice, it will reverse the order in which the loops display.
While in list view you have the ability to search for loops, but as an admin you have more options. Based on your SORT BY: options you can search for loops based on that setting. So for example, if you select to sort your loops by AGENT NAME you can search for loops by an agent's name. As an added benefit, you can search for loops by tags as well!
