Personalizing your notifications can ensure that you only receive emails that you want to receive.
Within your account you can set up the notification settings for each profile on your account. To access these settings, first navigate to your profile icon and select MY ACCOUNT.
Once in your account settings, click on the PROFILES tab.
You will now see each of your profiles listed under this tab. Switching between them will allow you to set up notification settings for each profile separately.
Once in the profile, scroll down to the NOTIFICATION settings. Here you can check or uncheck each notification type to customize your own personal settings. Once you have selected the notifications you want to receive, scroll down and hit SAVE.
- If you are not receiving emails and someone says they have sent you a message or document, check to make sure that you have notifications turned on.
- This section determines whether or not emails are sent when these actions happen. It does not affect notifications within dotloop
- Remember that you're choosing the notifications specific to that profile. You may need to alter your notifications for multiple profiles.
